By submitting this application, the Applicant accepts the following:
- Efficiency Council Members are companies that offer energy efficiency and/or demand response services or products in California, wish to benefit from association with other companies in this industry, support the organization’s mission statement, and will comply with the organization’s bylaws, anti-‐trust policy and code of ethics.
- Members agree to pay their dues in a timely fashion and to participate in and contribute to Council activities.
- The designated representative will be the primary contact for communication to and from the Council.
- Applicants understand that acceptance of their application for membership is subject to approval by Council’s Board of Directors, which will review the application for conformance with the Council’s membership criteria.
Dues cover one year of membership from your enrollment month (the month in which the Council’s Board accepts your membership application). We will send you an invoice for payment of dues after your application has been accepted by the Board
Next year’s dues will be payable on the first day of your enrollment month.
